EQUIPMENT & STAFF:
Our commercial embroidery machines are top-of-the-line and are maintained on a daily basis to ensure nearly 100% uptime. Our operators are thoroughly trained in all aspects of machine operation.
Our digitizing staff attends continuing education seminars on a regular basis. We use state-of-the-art embroidery software. This combination of software and on-going training ensures you receive top quality embroidery designs.
All work is performed in-house under direct supervision. We do not outsource any work.
GARMENTS:
We feature only high quality garments, hats, totes, blankets, and any other items we sell. We would not sell you something we would not use ourselves.
SUPPLIES:
We use only colorfast, bleach resistant thread (Isacord polyester) in a full array of colors to ensure against color bleed or fading. While no embroiderer can match every Pantone color, we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the thread colors for your logo.
We feature Nomex thread for all fire-retardant garments (fire suits for racing, welding shirts, etc.).
All backings are selected with your particular garment in mind. We don't use a generic "ease of use" backing--we use what SHOULD be used on each and every garment.
EXPERIENCE:
Our embroidery professionals know what looks good and what does not. We will work with you and make any necessary suggestions to ensure your logo presents the proper image.
We have embroidered thousands of garments for hundreds of companies (see our samples).
PRICING:
We DO NOT charge set up fees. We will give you an all inclusive price that includes any digitizing/design charge and shipping as well.
If you have a budget, we will work with you and make suggestions to keep your order within your budget. Often slight changes can bring your ideas into line with your budget.

SALES TAX:
We are located in tax-free Delaware--so you will NEVER pay sales tax here!!
PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards, as well as checks and PayPal for your convenience.
QUICK TURNAROUND:
Our normal turnaround time is 7-10 days. However, we have completed orders in a shorter time when other companies have said it was impossible. If you need a quick turnaround, feel free to contact us to discuss the details of your order.
YOUR APPROVAL:
You will receive a digital image of your logo for your approval prior to embroidery production.
