FORMS OF PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and PayPal for your convenience.  All special orders require a 50% deposit.  The balance is due prior to shipping your order.


SHIPPING:
All shipping is done via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select are available for an additional charge.


PRICING:
We DO NOT charge set up fees.  We will give you an all inclusive price that includes any digitizing/design charge and shipping as well.

If you have a budget, we will work with you and make suggestions to keep your order within your budget.  Often slight changes can bring your ideas into line with your budget.

All quotes are free of charge with no obligation.


SALES TAX:
We are located in tax-free Delaware, so you will NEVER pay sales tax here!


RETURNS:
In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, please contact customerservice@hoopinitupemb.com for a return authorization.  Returns are allowed under the following conditions:

We do not accept returns on custom ordered items.  The ONLY exception is when it is our error.  We will correct the error and return the item(s) to you at our expense.

Customer is to pay shipping on any returned item.

There is a 20% restocking fee for any returned item.
